A small chat with Vidura about his application...

Overview

This is the story of how Vidura joined Motion Miracles. Vidura had interned with us before but our criteria had changed a lot since his application as a full time game-developer.

We interviewed Vidura for a period of 2 months before he was able to fit our criteria's and become a part of our main teams.

Submission 1

Assignment: Do a general analysis on the hyper-casual industry and come up with your own game in 2 weeks.

For his first assignment Vidura demonstrated his ability to showcase his programming and designing skills in a tangible game.
This was developed from scratch and he spent about 1.5 weeks on it.

Submission 2

Assignment: We understood Vidura's capacity and gave him a clearer project to work on which was to work on one of our ideas.

This assignment was a significant improvement to the previous game.
Vidura contacted us a few times to clarify components of the game. This indicated his willingness to improve and communicate.

With the clear demonstration of Vidura's skillsets and ability to adapt we were able to on-board him directly into our development cycles.
